Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery estimates may vary by destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Our chef-trained support team ensures your return is handled with the same care we put into crafting our professional tools.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all protective materials (especially blade guards for knives)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal protective equipment (chef’s hats, aprons)
- Opened food preparation items (colanders, corkscrews)
- Custom-engraved or monogrammed items
- Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return using our template below.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repackage items in original packaging with all protective materials (especially important for knife sets and cutting boards).
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Aberdeen facility using a trackable method. We recommend insuring high-value items like Damascus steel collections.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns outside the UK, please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms to avoid additional charges.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item (e.g., different size of butcher knife case or alternate Arcos knife set model):
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received
For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and we’ll refund the original purchase upon receiving the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., chipped ceramic knife set or warped cutting board):

- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive priority processing for replacement or refund
